Temvert Empowerment Foundation is inviting applications for the role of Monitoring and Evaluation. The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead at Temvert Empowerment Foundation is a strategic volunteer role focused on ensuring that the organization’s projects deliver measurable, data-driven impact.

In this position, you’ll take the lead in designing and managing systems that track performance, assess outcomes, and improve overall program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop M&E Frameworks: Create structured systems and tools to track project performance and impact

Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee how data is gathered, analyzed, and interpreted across programs

Performance Tracking: Monitor progress against goals and identify areas for improvement

Reporting: Produce clear, insightful reports that support decision-making and stakeholder communication

Impact Measurement: Ensure that all initiatives are aligned with measurable outcomes.

What the Role Involves

This is a leadership-focused volunteer role, meaning you’ll not only execute tasks but also shape how monitoring and evaluation is done across the organization. You’ll work closely with project teams, helping them use data more effectively and make informed decisions.
