Emeanua Austin Scholarship Beneficiaries
13 years Old Adekanbi Oge receives N250,000 Scholarship
…Oge becomes beneficiary of Emeanua Austin Scholarship Scheme

Adekanbi Oge, is a girl whose father is no longer in the picture from an early age, her mother migrated from Abuja to Abeokuta when she was 6 months pregnant with oge and since then, she has been struggling to take care of her and 4 other siblings and barely makes ends meet with the menial chores that she does for people and local dry gin that she sells which is the source of income for the family.
She managed to sponsor Oge throughout primary school, but unfortunately, she isn’t financially capable to further her education to secondary school. The burden of feeding the kids and the economic woes are too much for Oge’s mother. Oge stopped going to school and was enrolled at a hairdressing shop.
Temvert Empowerment Foundation located Oge and committed N250,000 to bring Oge back to school and help her actualise her dream. With this N250,000 scholarship for Oge, she has now been enrolled at Brace Up the Young School, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
She has benefited from our Emeanua Austin Scholarship Scheme; a scheme named after Mr Emeanua Austin; a USA consulate staff; for his commitment towards youth development and his all round support for Temvert Empowerment Foundation.
Oge is now back to being a student.
11 Years Old Ejay Godfreedom awarded N250,000 Scholarship
…Godfreedom is now back to school after losing hope

Ejay Godfreedom, is a 11-year-old boy whose aspiration is to be a pilot, his father does not believe in education and does nothing to support or sponsor him and his family. He is out-of-school.
Godfreedom’s mother migrated from Benue and has been living in Abeokuta since 2006 working as a house-helper for many years until she came of age and broke free. She learnt hairdressing, got married and settled down.
Unfortunately, her husband does not perform his duty and leaves every burden to her to bear. Years later, she still struggles to take care of Godfreedom and 3 other siblings and barely able to make ends meet. She does menial chores for people alongside her hairdressing work which is the source of income for the family.
Godfreedom stays at home with his 3 siblings as his parent could no longer afford to fund his secondary education after he completed his primary education. He lost hope of enrolling in secondary school and his ambition to become a pilot became halted.
Our foundation; Temvert Empowerment Foundation found the boy, awarded him a 250,000 naira scholarship and brought him back to school. He is now a beneficiary of our Emeanua Austin Scholarship Scheme. He is currently enrolled at Brace Up the Young School in Abeokuta.
In the words of his mother : “I never knew God will remember me until this day”.
