Temvert Empowerment Foundation is inviting applications for the role of Policy and Advocacy Lead. This is a volunteer executive opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about shaping policy, strengthening systems and advancing opportunities for boys and girls.
As the Foundation continues to expand its reach and influence, we are seeking a capable individual to drive our policy engagement and advocacy strategy at both state and national levels.
Role Overview
The Policy and Advocacy Lead will be responsible for shaping the Foundation’s policy direction, strengthening engagement with public institutions and ensuring that our work contributes meaningfully to broader development conversations.
The selected candidate will work closely with leadership to position the organisation within key policy spaces and build strategic relationships that support long term impact.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a professional with a strong background in policy, governance or advocacy who can operate effectively within complex stakeholder environments.
Applicants must be based in Nigeria and should demonstrate proven experience in policy, governance or advocacy work, along with strong research and writing skills. Experience engaging government institutions and key stakeholders is a desirable criteria, as well as the required ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
